Central Research Team (Product Lead):

• MBA / PGDM / PGDBM from Government recognized University or Institution or CA/CFA.
• Post Qualification Experience of Minimum 5 years

Central Research Team (Support):

• Graduate / Post-Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Economics / Management / Mathematics / Statistics from Government recognized University or Institution.
• Post Qualification Experience of Minimum 3 years

Project Development Manager (Technology):

• BA / MMS / PGDM / ME / M.Tech. / BE / B.Tech. / PGDBM from Government recognized University or Institution.
• Minimum 4 years’ post qualification experience

Project Development Manager (Business):

• MBA / PGDM / PGDBM from Government recognized University or Institution.
• Post Qualification Experience of Minimum 5 years

Relationship Manager:

• Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution.
• Post-qualification experience of minimum 3 years

SBI SCO Selection Process 2024

Shortlisting:

Mere fulfilling minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right in candidate for being called for interview. The shortlisting committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank, will be shortlisted for interview. The decision of the Bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. The shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

Interview-cum-CTC Negotiation:

Interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in interview will be decided by the Bank. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. CTC Negotiation will be done one-by-one at the time of Interview, with the candidates.

Merit list:

Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in interview only. In case more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks (common marks at cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in the merit list.

How to Fill SBI SCO Online Form 2024?

• The application for online registration will be hosted on the SBI website from 19 July 2024.
• Applications will be received online only.
• Upon registration, applicants will be provided with an online Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved for future reference.
• E-mail ID of the applicant is to be given in the application compulsorily.
• The last date for submitting online application is 08 Aug 2024.
