South Western Railway (SWR), Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), Hubballi has released a notification for the engagement of 904 Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961 for the year 2025-26. Eligible ITI pass candidates can apply online Railway RRC SWR Apprentice Recruitment 2025 for various trades such as Fitter, Welder, Electrician, Carpenter, Painter, and more across different divisions and workshops of SWR including Hubballi, Bengaluru, and Mysuru. RRC SWR Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Eligibility

• The candidate must have passed 10th class examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks, in aggregate, from recognised Board and also possess National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training or Provisional Certificate issued by National Council for Vocational Training/State Council for Vocational Training (NCVT/SCVT).

RRC SWR Apprentice Selection Process 2025

• Engagement will be on the basis of merit list prepared in respect of all the candidates who apply against the notification. The merit list will be prepared for the purpose on the basis of percentage of marks in matriculation with minimum 50% + ITI marks in the trade in which Apprenticeship is to be done (i.e. 50% of aggregate marks, both in matriculation & ITI).
• The panel will be on the basis of simple average of percentage of marks in the matriculation and ITI.

• The application for online registration will be hosted on the RRC Hubli website from 14 July 2025.
• Applications will be received online only.
• Upon registration, applicants will be provided with an online Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved for future reference.
• E-mail ID of the applicant is to be given in the application compulsorily.
