- 01-year certificate course in (Sericulture/ Silk/ Silk Dyeing Printing) from Jharkhand Silk Technological Development Institute, Chaibasa OR
- 02-year Inter-Professional Course (Sericulture/ Textiles) passed.
Skilled Artisans and Equivalent Posts, Department of Industries:
- 10th pass from a recognized institute.
- 01-year certificate course in handicrafts and two years of work experience from a reputed institute in the handicrafts industry.
