IPPB Executive Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
- Selection will be made on the basis of marks obtained in the graduation/ Group Discussion/ Personal Interview.
- However, Bank reserves the right to select the candidate only on the basis of marks obtained in the graduation / MBA (Mktg./ Sales) and or conduct online test / Group Discussion. Merely satisfying the eligibility norms do not entitle a candidate to be called for Interview/ Group Discussion or Online Test.
IPPB Executive Pay Scale & Allowances 2024
- The Bank shall pay a lump sum amount of Rs. 30,000/- (rupees thirty thousand only) per month inclusive of statutory deductions.
- Tax deductions will be done as per Income Tax Act, considering the amendments from time to time.
- Executives engaged in business activities may be paid incentives by Bank based on their performance.
- Executives may be paid annual increment of their Lump sum pay as decided by the Bank from time to time.
- Further, it is clarified that no other pay/allowances/bonus etc. shall be paid except those mentioned above.
How to Apply IPPB Executive Online Form 2024?
- The application for online registration will be hosted on the IPPB website from 15 March 2024.
- Applications will be received online only.
- Upon registration, applicants will be provided with an online Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved for future reference.
- E-mail ID of the applicant is to be given in the application compulsorily.
- The last date for submitting online application is 05 April 2024.
