- Block Project Manager: Graduate in any discipline.
- Livelihood Specialist: PG Degree/Diploma in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Dairy, Fishery, Horticulture, Rural Management, or related fields; or BBA/Graduate in related subjects.
- Area Coordinator: Graduate in any discipline.
- Accountant (DPCU/BPIU): Graduate in Commerce.
- Office Assistant (DPCU/BPIU): Graduate in any stream with Hindi & English typing skills.
- Community Coordinator: Graduate (for males), Intermediate pass (for females) in any stream.
